novaplan ® 02816

novaplan ® 02816 The high performance of this pre-vulcanised material proves its so-called OEM suitability for cylinder head gasket-, secondary gasket- and exhaust gasket applications. The open pores of novaplan ® 02816 guarantee an easy roll-on process as well as good impregnation properties for all known oils and silicone materials. From an roll-on density of 1.56 g/cm³ onwards, novaplan ® 02816 can be used without any impregnation. Due to the superior raw materials novaplan ® 02816 is especially suitable for applications with highest demands regarding temperature resistance and surface pressure. The material has often proved its reliability in modern engine construction as well as in turbocharged aggregates. The economy is shown especially against multilayer steel gaskets (MLS) as well as in the engines of the emmission classes EURO 3 and EURO 4. Its sulphur-free composition allows the usage of all standard silicone materials.

novaplan ® 03050

novaplan ® 03050 This material is part of the group of facing materials for cylinder head gaskets, secondary gaskets and exhaust gaskets. The material structure of novaplan ® 03050, being only partly vulcanised, has been created in a very simple but effective roll-on process . Its very good performance is due to a subsequent vulcanisation process as well as to the drying conditions following the silicone printing and/or -coating. novaplan ® 03050 shows an outstanding thermal stability which results in a very good performance in exhaust systems as well as in Otto carburetor- and diesel engines. From an density of 1.63 g/cm³ on, novaplan ® 03050 can be used without any impregnation; its sulphur-free composition allows the usage of all standard silicone materials.

novaplan ® 70

novaplan ® 70 This material is part of the group of facing materials for cylinder head gaskets. Due to the selected raw materials novaplan ® 70 can be used for the production of cylinder head gaskets for Otto carburetor engines. Its sulphur-free material composition allows the usage of all standard silicone materials. Its very interesting performance-cost ratio makes this material especially suitable for aftermarket applications.

novatec ® LD14

novatec ® LD14 The novatec LD14 ® material, part of the engineered graphite with Kevlar ® family, is a porous soft coating for cylinder head gaskets, used world-wide sucessfully in OEM and aftermarket equipment. Due to the unique material concept, novatec ® LD14 is used as a coating on perforated steel or flat metal when a good adaptability of the gasket system is required. The high graphite content and the resulting temperature resistance make the quality suitable for e.g. exhaust systems. The composition of the material and the broad range of potential applications make novatec ® LD14 a technical and economical alternative to cylinderhead gaskets made from expanded graphite.
